HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8830 and 8831 of 2015 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.8793 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :
This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.344 of 2015 of Saifabad Police S ta tio n , Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420 and 468 read with 34 IPC.
2. Pending the criminal petition, both parties filed Crl.M.P.Nos.8830 and 8831 of 2015 along with affidavit of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and a joint memo stating that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.
3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioners/A.1 to A.3.
4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8830 and 8831 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.344 of 2015
of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, are quashed against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3. The bail bonds of the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, if any, shall stand cancelled.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
