FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) THURSDAY, THE NINTH DAY OF APRIL TWO THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 10125 of 2015 BETWEEN G.Bhaskara Babu ... PETITIONER AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Principal Secretary (Department of Civil Supplies), A.P. Secretariat Building, Hyderabad and others. ...RESPONDENTS The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Heard.

2. This writ petition is directed against the order passed by respondent No.3, dated 20.03.2015 wherein the suspension of authorization of the petitioner on temporary basis was continued.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the irregularities alleged against the petitioner are minor and trivial and does not warrant suspension of his authorization and even marginal variations are not liable to be vitiated with serious consequences.

4. I am, however, not inclined to entertain the writ petition as petitioner has effective remedy of approaching the District Collector, Civil Supplies against the said impugned order, as is mentioned in the impugned order itself. Petitioner, therefore, is at liberty to raise all his grounds and contentions in such an appeal and the appellate authority will certainly look into all the said contentions and pass appropriate orders in appeal. Subject to the liberty aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
