THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.38444 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on written instructions from the Sub Inspector of Police, Jawaharnagar Police Station, that, on receipt of a complaint from the petitioner herein, Cr.No.924/2018 has been registered on 24.10.2018, for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 427, 506 34 IPC and investigation has been taken up. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
