This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.225 of 2013 on the file of Kadapa Taluk Police Station, YSR Kadapa District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the matter has been referred as lack of evidence and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
