HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16112 of 2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A1 and A2 in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 159 of 2016 of Medak Town Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 427 read with 34 IPC.

On 18.11.2016, when the matter was called, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners, as such, the case has been adjourned to this day. Same is the position today also. Keeping in view the serious accusations made against the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is required, as such, the petitioners are not entitled to be granted anticipatory bail at this stage.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
