From the material on record, the earlier case in C.C.No.194 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 406, 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act taken cognizance and the charges framed and put to trial and from the compromise the de facto complainant not supported the case of prosecution and ended in acquittal of A1 to A4 as per the judgment dated 15.11.2017 has no bearing to the present case as the very report dated 17.08.2018 of the self-same de facto complainant against five accused which includes A1 to A4 in the earlier case supra says after the case in C.C.No.194 of 2017 covered by Crime No.90 of 2017 of Saroornagar Women Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate ended in compromise and the case ended in acquittal and later she joined, however, her husband is harassing at the instance of in-laws and they were harassing and illtreating and there were beating and even kept under house lock particularly in-laws, there is nothing to quash the F.I.R., but for after investigation any remedies left open.

Accordingly and in the result, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. All the defences are left open. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
