THE HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.3 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.11419 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :

The petitioners and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel.

I.A.No.3 of 2018 is filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in Crime No.34 of 2018 of Jawahar Nagar Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 493 and 376 IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably by filing Joint Memo dated 23.10.2018, which was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.34 of 2018 of Jawahar Nagar Police Station are hereby quashed and the petitioners are acquitted. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
