Ramanna Dora, learned Counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 20.04.2016, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition to challenge the order passed by the respondent on the representation of the petitioner. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file fresh writ petition to challenge the order passed by the respondent on the representation of the petitioner. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
