HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6243 of 2016 ORDER:

The unsuccessful petitioner in I.A.No.279 of 2016 is the revision petitioner.

Sri P.Veera Reddy, learned Senior Counsel places on record the Award dated 18-03-2017 passed in O.S.No.38 of 2015 and submits that the prayer to implead the petitioner does not arise for as the suit in O.S.No.38 of 2015 was decided in terms of Award dated 18-03-2017 before the Lok Adalat.

Sri Subba Reddy, after perusing the Award dated 18-03-2017, does not press the prayer.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
