THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.38461 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.
When the matter is taken up, written instructions, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, CCS, Hyderabad, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present Writ Petition, are as under: "It is respectfully submitted that on 03-10-2018 received a complaint from Smt.M.Saathvika W/o M. MadhukarSagar R/o H. No. 13-2-267/A/49, Shivlal Nagar, Rahimpura, Puranapool, Hyderabad, wherein she stated that her marriage was performed with petitioner as per Hindu rites and customs, in her marriage her parents was give dowry amount net cash of 3,50,000/- , 10.5 tulas of gold with furniture. After the marriage she joined the company of her husband.
After 2 months of her marriage, petitioner and his family members (Petitioners) started harassing her over petty issues and demanding additional dowry and other reasons. After receiving the complaint the SHO/R-3 referred the same to Bharosa Counseling Centre for calling the both parties for counseling. Accordingly, the Counselors called the both parties on 04-10-2018. The both Parties i.e. Respondent/Complainant and Petitioner attended the counseling, they counseled them, but they want next date and next date will be held on 13-10-2018. Accordingly on 13-10-2018 The both Parties i.e. Respondent4/Complainant and Petitioner attended the counseling, at the end of the session both got compromised and decided to live together and the same is pending at Counseling centre.
Further it is respectfully submitted that the Petitioner/A-1 made allegation in para No.11 to 13 against the respondent-
3/SHO are false and baseless, as the WPS Police never called the petitioners".
By placing on record the above written instructions Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-police authorities to act strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
