Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents.
The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondent in showing baseless remarks in remarks column of the common seniority list issued by the 3rd respondent vide RC.No.1411/2013/C2 dated 18.10.2014 that too without considering the orders passed in W.P.No.13273 of 2012 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to equally treat the petitioner along with other teachers in the common seniority list for the purpose of transfers, promotions, increments and in all practical things relating to duty and service. Admittedly, under the civil services of the State under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, petitioner has to invoke the jurisdiction of the State Administrative Tribunal. Therefore, the writ petition cannot be entertained.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Administrative Tribunal for his grievance. No order as to costs.
