THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 15493 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in C.O.R.No. 149 of 2016 registered at Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Kamareddy, for the offence punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 22 (c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The petitioner earlier filed criminal petition No. 12814 of 2016 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 09-09-2016. There is no change of circumstances from the said date till filing of the present petition. Moreover, another case in C.O.R.No. 213 of 2014 of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Yellareddy, registered against the petitioner. Finding no merit in the instant petition, the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
