CVNR,J C.C.No.344 of 2016 15.06.2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed against willful disobedience of order, dated 29.09.2015, in Company Petition No.66 of 2015. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.B.S.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the Interim Resolution Professional (I.R.P.) is substituted by the regular Resolution Professional. 3.

As the regular Resolution Professional has not come on record, the Contempt Case cannot be continued. 4.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed, however, with liberty to the regular Resolution Professional to initiate fresh contempt proceedings, if he is so advised.
