This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not paying the compensation for the lands situated in survey numbers of Rambilli and Razala Agraharam Villages of Rambilli Mandal, Visakhapatnam District as detailed in the annexure attached to the writ petition, which were acquired from the petitioners for the purpose of establishment of Naval Alternate Operating Base (NAOB) as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 09-07-2012 passed in WP.No.4884 of 2006.

The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. Following the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of said order.
