HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 22014 OF 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner is an employee of A.P. Housing Board. This Writ Petition is filed for implementation of his service grievance. This Court by a common order dated 8.12.2015 dismissed the W.P.No. 9043 of 2012 and batch granting liberty to avail the remedies available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The subject mater of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No. 9043 of 2012 and batch dated 08.12.2015.

Following the said decision, this Writ Petition is also dismissed in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No. 9043 of 2012 and batch dated 08.12.2015 leaving it open to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
