Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 22.02.2016 to the Registry stating that his client wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
