This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.475 of 2013 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court) at Nampally, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
