HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11449 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.9 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant bail in Crime No.367 of 2015 on the file of III-Town (L&O) Police Station, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 370, 370(A), 372, 373, 376(D) IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 5 & 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1056 r/w.34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the prosecution is that A1 to A4 kidnapped the victim girl and sold her to A9, who is running a brothel house, and A9 forced the victim girl to do prostitution.

The allegations against the petitioner are so serious in nature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 20, 2015.
