This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.7220 of 2014 dated 18.03.2014. 2.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the 2nd respondent stating that the respondents have implemented the orders of this Court dated 18.03.2014 passed in W.P.No.7220 of 2014 by passing a speaking order on 08.07.2014.

In view of the said statement in the counter-affidavit and in the absence of any dispute to the said statement, the further proceedings in the Contempt Case are dropped. 4.
