THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1518 of 2014 ORDER :

Learned counsel for petitioner states that pursuant to the order dt.08-05-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.17805 of 2014 in W.P.No.14308 of 2014, the respondents have paid a sum of Rs.1.18 crores to the petitioner by 15-09-2014 and that for the rest of the amount, petitioner be granted liberty to avail other remedies available to the petitioner. In view of the said submission, this Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available to the petitioner for recovery of any other amount, which the petitioner may claim from respondents. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
