THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.5867 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is in relation to the inaction on the part of the authorities upon their representation dated 10.09.2015. This representation was addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Guntur District, and the Municipal Corporation, Guntur. As the authorities concerned are yet to apply their mind to the petitioners' representation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage for the purpose of adjudication on merits. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider the petitioners' representation dated 10.09.2015 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. In this exercise, the respondent authorities shall give due opportunity of hearing to all those who would be affected by any decision taken upon such representation.

This entire exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
