HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.38434 OF 2015 PC: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader (AP).

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to produce the petitioner's wife Pratyusha (aged 20 years) before this Hon'ble Court to set her at her liberty ..."

On 26.11.2015, while ordering notice to respondents 4 and 5, we directed the respondents 1 to 3 to make efforts and produce Ms.Jogi Pratyusha before this Court on the next date of hearing. Today, at the time of hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced Ms.Pratyusha in the Court. We have interacted with her and she has informed us that she is not in the illegal custody of respondents 4 and 5 and she does not want to go with the petitioner. Further, it is stated that she is a major and by her volition she is staying with her parents. The writ petition is misconceived for the above reasons and is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
