Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the 3rd respondent, who has registered a Criminal Case against the petitioner at the instance of the 4th respondent being Crime No.652 of 2017, is pressurizing the petitioner to settle the matter with 4th respondent under the guise of investigation into the said crime. 3.

This allegation is denied by the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. He also points to an order dt.04-04-2018 in Crl.P.No.3806 of 2018, wherein this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposing condition that the petitioner should make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required and it is contended by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation.

In view of the rival contentions, while directing the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation of the crime by the police as per the conditions laid down in the order dt.04-04-2018 in Crl.P.No.3806 of 2018, the petitioner is permitted to have his counsel present at the time of interrogation by the 3rd respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
