THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6298 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 22 of A.P.Building (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 by the tenant aggrieved by the order dated 28.08.2018 passed in R.A.No.35 of 2017 by the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, confirming the order of eviction dated 30.11.2016 passed in R.C.No.522 of 2017 by the IV Additional Rent Controller at Hyderabad, on various grounds. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit undertaking to evict the premises within six (6) months i.e. by the end of April, 2019.

In view of the affidavit filed by the petitioner, time is granted to evict the premises by the end of April, 2019 subject to payment of rent and other charges payable by the tenant to the respondents herein till April, 2019, while finding no ground to interfere with the orders passed by the IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad and the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. With the above, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
