HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16156 of 2016 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties and keeping in view the serious injuries sustained by the victim, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner-A2 is required and the police have to recover the weapon used in the commission of the alleged offence, as such, the petitioner is not entitled to be granted anticipatory bail at this stage.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
