Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the applications dated 24.09.2018 and 11.09.2018 for issuance of new pass books for the land in Sy.No.187/11 to the extent of Ac.1.00 gts, situated at Secunderapur village, Jakranpally Mandal, Nizamabad District, this Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Since the application of the petitioner for issuance of new pass books in respect of subject property is stated to be pending before the 3rd & 4th respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 & 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner for issuance of pass book in respect of the subject property within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
