ORDER:
Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the second respondent in not entertaining the sale deed proposed by the petitioner in respect of land
admeasuring Ac.18-62 cents in survey No.93-D, Ibrahimpuram Village, Nandavaram Mandal, Kurnol District.
2. The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the second respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the second respondent is of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Act. If, however, the document is found to be complied with all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release it in accordance with due procedure. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
