G. Dhan Raj Goud v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.38484 OF 2018
O R D E R
As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it could be seen that petitioner has no personal interest in the matter. Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondents and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submits that writ petition is in the nature of public interest litigation. In view of the above circumstance, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and the same is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate the same by way of Public Interest Litigation. Interlocutory application pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
