HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.38510 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the she is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2-00 guntas in sy.No.280/3 situated at Kundanpally village, Anthergaon Mandal, Peddapally district having purchased the same under registered sale deed vide document No.3834/2017, dated 04-07-2017 from one Vadlapudi Shashikala. It is stated that originally one Mr.Bobba Madhusudhan Rao, was a freedom fighter and the then Government has issued patta in his favour under freedom fighters quota. After expiry of stipulated period under the patta, has executed a registered will deed in favor of vendor of the petitioner by name Vadlapudi Shashikala vide registered gift deed dated 05-03-2008 vide document No.07/2008 and her name was mutated in the revenue records vide proceedings No.B/656/2014, dated 0601-2015.

Thereafter said Vadlapudi Shashikala has also applied for pattadar passbooks and also title deeds and the same were issued in her name. But due to family necessities, said Shashikala executed sale deed in favor of the petitioner on 04-07-2017 vide document No.3834/2017, dated 14-07-2017. The petitioner having become the owner of the property, applied to the 2nd respondent for change of name in the revenue records by paying the prescribed fees in the prescribed format under Form 6(A), dated 22-07-2017.

till date nor effected the changes in revenue records. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application dated 22-07-2017 made by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application made by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 25-10-2018 Nvl
