HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.38524 of 2018 ORDER:- When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that after filing the Writ Petition, police have registered a case in Cr.No.572 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 347 and 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C.
