HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11272 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the 2nd respondent-State before ordering notice to the 1st respondent and perused the quash petition averments and the First Information Report.

On perusal of the record no way enables the Court to admit or interdict the investigation. Needless to say, if at all any arrest is required, the police shall follow Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., and also as held in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1.
