The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 06.07.2015, passed in I.A.No.546 of 2015 in O.S.No.107 of 2012 by the learned III Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Anantapur.
2. Learned counsel for both sides present.
3. Both the learned counsel would submit that the Suit in O.S.No.107 of 2012 on the file of learned III Additional District Judge (Fast Tack Court), Anantapur, was dismissed for default on 26.10.2017,
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both sides, the present revision petition is disposed of. However, at the request of learned counsel for petitioners, liberty is given to the petitioners to file an appropriate application, in case, the suit is restored to file.
