Heard.

The grievance of the petitioners in these writ petitions is similar to one considered in W.P.No.6594 of 2015, which was disposed of by this Court on 25-03-2015.

In view of the same, these writ petitions are also disposed of in terms of W.P.No.6594 of 2015, dated 25-03-2015, directing respondents 1 to 4 to supply stocks to such of the petitioners, who have already made payments by way of challans, which are already credited and accepted by the Government. It is made clear that if any of the petitioners are already supplied the stocks against the said payment, the direction herein will not apply to such of the petitioners and this direction will be applicable only to such of the petitioners, who were not supplied stocks in spite of making payments. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.

Office to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.6594 of 2015, dated 25-03-2015 to this order.
