Aggrieved by inaction of respondents on the representation dated 06-04-2018 submitted by the petitioners with regard to mismanagement of Masjid-e-Idara-e-Millia, a registered wakf property vide Muntaqab No.24/B1/REGN/HYD/2004, dated 13-06-2006 issued by Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Wakf Board and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare. Since the grievance of the petitioners is already pending before the 2nd respondent by way of representation dated 06-04-2018, it is for him to take action in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly.
