When the matter was listed on 24.07.2017, there was no representation for the appellants. Registry was, therefore, directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants. However, learned counsel for the respondent is present and, of course, he was also present on the previous date of hearing.
