Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to

withdraw the Revision Petition with liberty to canvass the contentions raised herein with regard to acceptance of vakalat of one Mr.Samanth Lan for 1st respondent in the Court below by the said Court.

Granting liberty as sought, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
