HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34987 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register his complaints/representations dated 10.9.2015 and 28.7.2016 against the 4th respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent failed to register his complaints/representations and take action against the 4th respondent and his followers.

Considering the submissions and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction: "Respondent No.3 is directed to register the FIR on the complaints given by the petitioner, if the said complaints disclose any cognizable offence and proceed in accordance with law. If the 3rd respondent fails to register the complaint, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the higher officials or to avail the remedies that are available under Cr.P.C."
