HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38522 of 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent passed in ROR Revision Petition No.57/2017, dated 19.04.2018, whereby the Pattadar Pass Books/Title Deeds issued to the petitioner were cancelled by the 3rd respondent. Admittedly, the impugned order dated 19.04.2018 is passed on the admission of the petitioner that she has no objection for cancellation of the Pattadar Pass Books/Title Deeds issued to her.

Now the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the same is obtained by undue influence and coercion. All these aspects cannot be decided in the writ petition. Still the petitioner has remedy under Section 8 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 1971, where the petitioner can raise all his objections. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to her under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 25.10.2018 t k.
