THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.9 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused 1 & 2 seeking to set aside the order of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Andole at Jogipet dated 01.12.2015, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed Crl.M.P.No.254 of 2015 in C.C.No.482 of 2009 filed by the petitioners to recall the Non-Bailable Warrants issued against them on 13.10.2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrants. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrants issued against the petitioners on the same day on execution of a bond by the petitioners for a sum of Rs.5,000/- each with one surety with an undertaking for their further appearance for trial before it.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
