HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38511 of 2018 ORDER :

This petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 and 7 in not taking immediate action to stop the construction of LPG gas godown in Sy.No.151/1A, situated in Vutukuru Village, Gampalagudem Mandal of Krishna District.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner made application on 24.09.2018 to the redressal grievance cell of the 4th respondent, but till date, no orders are passed. He also submits that they also made complaint before the 2nd respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for 4th respondent submits within one week they will pass orders on the application of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to consider the application of the 4th respondent.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on the application of the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint made by the petitioner within four

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
