HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.18487 OF 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner assails the notice dated 15-10-2015 issued by the 2nd respondent directing the petitioner to produce the relevant documents as mentioned in the impugned notice for payment of compensation in respect of the acquired land in question. The case of the petitioner is that as required in the notice, he has submitted all the documents to enable the 2nd respondent to pay the compensation in respect of the land in question acquired, but till now the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. Hence, this writ petition.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

3. In the view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass necessary orders in pursuance of the impugned noticed dated 15-10-2015, in accordance with law, since the documents sought to be produced there under are already stated to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
