Aggrieved by non-disposal of petitioner's representation dated 11-09-2018 for conducting of survey of land to an extent of Ac.18-00 cents out of Ac.23-46 cents in Sy.No.651 of Agraharam Village and Panchayat of Bukkapatnam Mandal in Ananthapuram district, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the petitioner's representation is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for him to consider and dispose of the same.
