THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL NO.675 OF 2014 JUDGMENT:

It is represented by learned counsel for both sides that this appeal was referred to the Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad constituted under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and an award has been passed with the consent of the parties and this C.M.A may be disposed of in terms of the said award.

In view of the above submission, the C.M.A is disposed of in terms of the award dated 08.10.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
