Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.
2. Petitioners' grievance is that they had questioned order dt.10.11.2015 passed by 3rd respondent before 2nd respondent by way of revision on 23.01.2016, and also filed stay application along with it, but the 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon till date.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the revision filed by petitioners within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to pass orders in the revision filed on 23.01.2016 before him challenging the order dt.10.11.2015 passed by 3rd respondent within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
5. Pending disposal of the said revision, there shall be stay of operation of the order dt.10.11.2015 passed by 3rd respondent. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
