HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 14184 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri M.L. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are given to the appellate authority under Section 28 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Section 31 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 to decide the appeal dated 29-03-2016 (annexure P-6) within time frame and further grant liberty to the petitioner to make a complaint in terms of condition No.15 in Schedule 'A' of the order dated 23-02-2016 (annexure P-1). In the circumstances, we dispose of this appeal by the following order:

"The appellate authority shall decide the petitioner's appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its annexures before the appellant authority within a period of two weeks from today.

It is open to the petitioner to make a complaint in terms of condition No.15 in Schedule 'A' of the order dated 23-02-2016. If any such complaint is made, the appellate authority shall consider the same expeditiously."

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of.
