HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43019 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in FIR No.186 of 2016.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of her complaint, the 2nd respondent registered the above crime on 28.7.2016 for the offence under Sections 376, 417 and 420 IPC. But the investigation has not yet been completed.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, in FIR No.186 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible."
