HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11267 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ A3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.103 of 2016 of Mancherial Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 506 and 507 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent/ State and perused the FIR and other material on record. Though notice served on the 2nd respondent-Mandal Surveyor at Tahsil Office, Mancherial, she failed to appear before this Court. 3.

There is prima facie allegation including against the petitioner/ A3, thereby, there is nothing to quash the FIR. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, rather than dismissal. All the defences are left open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
