At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector, Adilabad, has passed an order in Revision Petition No.1196/2015, on 05.10.2016 and he also placed on record a copy of the order.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to communicate a copy of the order, if not already sent, to the petitioner at the earliest.
