Sri Balaji Medamalli, learned counsel for the first respondent bank, however informed us that the matter has been settled out of Court and the connected writ petition, viz., W.P.No.12580 of 2014, was also dismissed by this Court on 06.06.2017 on the ground that it has become infructuous. It is therefore clear that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 26.02.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
