Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

As per the office note, the first appellate Court disposed of the above appeal on 07.07.2015.

In view of the disposal of the main appeal, the very purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
